This phase completely avoids natural gas.

The houses are semi-detached or terraced, with sizes ranging from 170 to 308 m². They have three bedrooms, a fenced garden with a storage shed, a gate, and a fruit tree. Some houses have two floors, others three, with the top floor optionally accommodating extra rooms or a bathroom. The apartments have one to three bedrooms and all feature a spacious terrace.
Each home has an underground parking space, prepared for an electric charging station. The buildings are designed in a modern style with pink brick and white joinery, giving them a warm and inviting look.
