The health of our employees, partners, customers and visitors remains our top priority. That's why we worked from our own warm home and kept in touch with you online. We opened up a number of show houses virtually and we signed compromises and deeds online! Our second priority was to support the economy and we are proud that many sites continued to work with respect for all safety measures.
Now that the economy is starting up again, our 2 priorities will continue to improve the health and well-being of everyone and at the same time go full steam ahead. The good news is that from Monday May 11th we will be able to make live appointments with you again, within all safety regulations.
As a neighbourhood developer it is our mission to bring people together in a warm neighbourhood. We are happy that we can do this again, even if we stay at a distance. In all the show houses and viewing apartments there is a charter on which the guidelines are indicated very clearly and simply. This way you can visit the house of your dreams in peace of mind.
If you are looking for a warm home, feel free to make an appointment. We are ready to show you around our show houses and apartments safely and you can count on an exclusive visit!
We meet Johan, lawyer and resident in Pier Kornel, the new urban quarter along the Dender river in Aalst where the Tupperware factory once stood. Johan was so enthusiastic about this contemporary project that he signed the preliminary sale agreement for a 4-bedroom home within 1 week. He now lives with his family in their energy-efficient, austere yet spacious family home.
I cancelled my newspaper subscription; I prefer dropping by the little shop around the corner every day. Fantastic!
