We believe everyone deserves a great home in a pleasant neighbourhood so to mark our anniversary, we’re giving away not just one but two life-changing prizes.  

This anniversary year, our birthday cake is topped with two huge cherries: two purchase vouchers worth €40,000 each, redeemable with the purchase of a Matexi home.

Who can take part?

Are you over 18 and domiciled in Belgium? Have you already bought a house or apartment from Matexi in 2025? Or are you still searching for your future home?  

Then you stand a chance of winning one of two purchase vouchers worth €40,000! 

  • If you’ve already become the proud owner of a Matexi property in 2025, the amount will be deducted from your purchase.

  • If you’re still on the hunt for your dream home, you’ll receive a purchase voucher in the same amount, which can be redeemed with the purchase of a Matexi home until 31/12/2030. 

  • The winner can also transfer the prize free of charge to a first-degree relative, to the winner’s spouse or the winner’s legally cohabiting partner.
