En tant que Gestionnaire de Projets Construction pour Matexi Bureau Namur-Hainaut, vous êtes responsable pour l'ensemble de phases liées à la réalisation de projets de construction résidentiels.

Responsabilités

Vous êtes responsable de l’organisation, la coordination et le suivi des différents projets de construction résidentiels.

  • Vous serez impliqué dans les discussions des prix et dès la commande, vous prenez le projet en main.
  • Vous gérez le projet de A à Z: préparation du projet, exécution, achat ainsi que l’administration relié à votre projet
  • Vous assurez un planning ponctuel, un rendement correct et une qualité supérieure
  • Vous êtes le point de contact pour le client, vous veillez sur la satisfaction du client et le délai d’exécution
  • Vous coordonnez les réunions de chantier avec les sous-traitants, l’entrepreneur, l’architecte, le bureau d’étude, etc.
  • Vous suivez l’évolution des travaux et vous surveillez le budget des projets. Le service après-vente fera aussi parti de vos responsabilités.

 

Profile:

  • Vous êtes Ingénieur en Construction, avec un minimum de quelques années d'expérience dans la construction résidentielle.
  • Vous avez l'expérience de suivre un dossier du côté financier, technique et administratif y compris en gestion contractuelle de sous-traitants.
  • Une bonne connaissance d' Excel est importante. La connaissance SAP est un atout.
  • Votre personnalité se traduit en proactivité, enthousiasme, positivisme, intégrité, sens de responsabilité et d'initiative, rigueur et précision.
  • À part d'une excellente connaissance du Français, vous avez des notions du Néerlandais.

La Fonction

Partant du levier stratégique de Matexi « étendre notre expertise et travail d’équipe au leadership dans nos domaines de base » et « créer pour et avec nos collaborateurs professionnels notre Great Place to Work », vous allez étendre le rôle du domaine de Learning & Development chez Matexi, et mettre en pratique ces leviers stratégiques moyennant la digitalisation et le professionnalisme.

Les responsabilités de cette fonction sont :

  • Identifier les compétences nécessaires et détecter les besoins de développement, pour développer une stratégie inspirante au niveau du Learning & Development afin de soutenir notre croissance.
  • Sur base de cette stratégie, vous élaborez le contenu des formations et les types de solutions possibles pour que nos collaborateurs soient en mesure de développer leurs compétences d’une façon pragmatique et efficace.
  • Vous créez une culture d’entreprise de connaissance, basé sur un climat motivant et ouvert dans lequel l’expertise, le travail d’équipe et le développement personnel soient clairement présents.
  • Vous travaillez ensemble avec les centres de compétences internes afin de partager l’expertise en créant un réseau d’apprentissage.
  • Vous êtes responsable du suivi des plans individuels de développement et du coaching.

REGIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for Brussels-Wallonië

You report directly to the the Chief Construction Office. As Regional Construction Manager, you are member of a region’s Management Team, jointly ensuring that Matexi’s strategy in this Region is successfully implemented.

 

Your responsibilities:

Your main end responsibility is to manage the full volume of Matexi’s Construction activities (infrastructure, new-build, re-build and renovations) in your Region. You are responsible on how the Construction pillar contributes to the Region’s Annual Plan and Multi-Year Business Plan approval cycle to the Board of Directors as well as the quarterly Regional Business Review to the Management Committee.

-You define the appropriate approach, by setting ambitious goals and targets and by taking into account the priorities set out in Matexi’s overall Construction strategy, as well as in the Annual Plans and Multi-Year Business Plans at Company level.

-You, together with your Construction Team Managers, manage and keep up to date the status of the building sites as well as the future outlook, with the relevant potential course of action in line with the Region’s Annual Plan and Multi-Year Business Plan approval cycle to the Board of Directors as well as the quarterly Regional Business Review to the Management Committee.

-Together with the Regional Business Director (representing the Business Pillar) and the Regional Finance & Administration Manager (representing the Finance & Administration Pillar), you combine findings and evaluate KPI-reporting, actuals, operational status as well as future outlook on your Region’s entire Project Portfolio.

-Due to the significant investment impact, cost level and project execution complexity of an A-Project, you will take up the Construction Lead role according to Matexi’s Project Centric approach and principles of joint-ownership for the A-Projects in your Region.

-You will work in close collaboration with the dedicated A-Project Business Manager (taking on the Business Lead role) and the Regional Finance & Administration Manager (taking on the Finance & Administration Lead role).

-For the assigned Region, you hold end responsibility on how the Construction pillar contributes to the project approval cycle to the Investment Committee for your Region’s entire Project Portfolio. You continuously supervise and monitor the feasibility, relevancy, quality and evolution of the Construction cost price estimates, calculations, budgets and actuals for your Region’s files (submitted and approved).

-You closely collaborate with the Regional Business Director on the feasibility, relevancy, quality and evolution of the Acquisition opportunities, Development requirements/design/permits and Sales product offering/pricing/margins for your Region’s files (submitted and approved).

-You, together with your Construction Team Managers, manage a team consisting of all Project Engineers Structural Work, Project Engineers Finishing, Customer Advisors, Work Planners and Calculators in your Region.

-As first line HR-responsibility at Regional level, you use the correct application of performance, recruitment, talent, reward and knowledge management for your team, in close collaboration with the assigned HR Business Partner. You ensure that your team works according Matexi’s framework (methodology, process, system) and its Project Centric approach and principles of joint-ownership for the Construction Pillar.

-You hold end responsibility on the accuracy and the respecting of the cost price estimates in the development phase, the cost price calculations in the design phase and the cost price budgets and actuals in the execution phase for your Region’s entire Project Portfolio.

-You hold end responsibility on ensuring that all building sites of your Region’s entire Project Portfolio will be completed within the budget, quality, safety and timing requirements.

-You hold end responsibility on customer satisfaction in relation to the quality of both the delivered products as well as the service during the delivery process for your Region’s entire Project Portfolio.

-For your Region, you actively and personally engage with senior decision level at Construction activities’ suppliers, so that Matexi is considered as preferred client with an impeccable reputation, in order to ensure that Matexi receives the best pricing, quality and services.

-You uphold an active network in your Region on Construction-related matters with a variety of stakeholders (suppliers, governmental, commune, educational), benefitting Matexi’s Construction Pillar in particular and Matexi in general.

Your profile:

-You hold a relevant Master’s Degree in Construction. You have at least 10 years of experience, of which an important part at management level with a general contractor class 8.Similar experience in organisations with large and long-running investment projects where complex regulation and public-private relationships play an important role, is also very valuable.

-You have a proven track record in ensuring that multiple, large, varied and complex construction sites were delivered in budget, on time, on plan, on quality, on safety and with high customer satisfaction.

You have at least 10 years of experience, of which a major part at management level with a large project development, construction or engineering company.Similar experience in organisations with large and long-running investment projects where complex regulation and public-private relationships play an important role, is also very valuable.

En tant que Gestionnaire de Projets Construction pour Matexi Brabant Wallon, vous êtes responsable pour l'ensemble de phases liées à la réalisation de projets de construction résidentiels.

Responsabilités

Vous êtes responsable de l’organisation, la coordination et le suivi des différents projets de construction résidentiels.

  • Vous serez impliqué dans les discussions des prix et dès la commande, vous prenez le projet en main.
  • Vous gérez le projet de A à Z: préparation du projet, exécution, achat ainsi que l’administration relié à votre projet
  • Vous assurez un planning ponctuel, un rendement correct et une qualité supérieure
  • Vous êtes le point de contact pour le client, vous veillez sur la satisfaction du client et le délai d’exécution
  • Vous coordonnez les réunions de chantier avec les sous-traitants, l’entrepreneur, l’architecte, le bureau d’étude, etc.
  • Vous suivez l’évolution des travaux et vous surveillez le budget des projets. Le service après-vente fera aussi parti de vos responsabilités.

 

Profile:

  • Vous êtes Ingénieur en Construction, avec un minimum de quelques années d'expérience dans la construction résidentielle.
  • Vous avez l'expérience de suivre un dossier du côté financier, technique et administratif.
  • Une bonne connaissance d' Excel est importante. La connaissance SAP est un atout.
  • Votre personnalité se traduit en proactivité, enthousiasme, positivisme, intégrité, sens de responsabilité et d'initiative, rigueur et précision.
  • À part d'une excellente connaissance du Français, vous avez des notions du Néerlandais.

As HR Business Partner at Matexi, you are part of the Human Resources team and you report to the HR Manager.

In this function, you support the business leaders and people managers to deliver their business objectives and drive performance and engagement at Matexi.

You work in several local Business Units located in Belgium (NL/FR) and in our Headquarters in Waregem.

Key result areas:

You act as a coach for the line manager about HR related topics, e.g. Resource Management, Development, Performance Management, Reward, …

You advise managers in the definition of the objectives for their team and support them in how to realize the goals of their Business Unit or Department.

You challenge and advise management regarding team structure and resource planning, actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

You recruit and select new employees in cooperation with the line manager in order to place the right person on the right job and to work with an optimally balanced work force.

You prepare in close coordination with the line manager the performance management cycle and reward reviews.

You support the business leaders in identifying employees ready for promotion and rotate the best people across different functions in the organization.

You identify training and development needs and ensure the implementation of the appropriate solutions in cooperation with the Learning & Development Responsible.

You collaborate with the HR Services Team and HR Manager in the development and roll-out of different HR projects.

You promote our KING values (Klantgericht, Integer, Nauwkeurig, Gedreven) and act as an ambassador of Matexi in all contacts with internal and internal stakeholders in order to promote the Matexi Employer Brand.

You are part of an HR Business Partner team inside the HR Department and share your knowledge, ideas and initiatives.

You act as an HR knowledge specialist and continuously follow the most recent developments and trends within your own specific HR expertise.

 

Profile

You have a strong experience as HR Business Partner, combined with a broad knowledge of at least some of the following HR areas of expertise such as Resource Management, Performance Management, Reward Management and/or Learning & Development.

Thanks to your outstanding communication and listening skills, you immediately establish sound contacts, based on mutual trust. You are pro-active, look for solutions and make improvement proposals, challenging the status-quo.

You have strong analytical skills, business acumen and proven project management and change management experience.

You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, written as well as spoken.

By preference your residence is located quite centrally in Flanders in order to allow you easy acces to our regional offices.
